Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 4 business days after successful order confirmation and payment verification.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 8 to 16 business days, depending on the delivery location, courier availability, and other operational factors.
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.
Shipping Confirmation
Customers may receive order and shipping updates through available communication channels when applicable.
Delivery Delays
Good One Inc shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Refund & Return Policy
15-Day Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with original packaging and accessories, where applicable.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
Eligible Return Reasons
Returns may be accepted for the following reasons:
- Damaged product received.
- Defective product received.
- Incorrect item delivered.
- Product significantly different from the product description.
Non-Eligible Return Reasons
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Products damaged due to misuse.
- Products returned after the 15-day return period.
- Items showing signs of excessive use or damage caused by the customer.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is successfully picked up by our logistics partner and the return pickup is confirmed, the refund process will be initiated.
Same-Day Refund
Approved refunds are processed on the same day the return pickup is successfully completed and confirmed.
However, the actual time required for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer's bank account, wallet, UPI account, or payment method may vary depending on the payment provider.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase whenever possible.
