Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the Platform. These Terms along with the Privacy Policy and other policies constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and the Company.

1. ABOUT THE TERMS

1.1 What is Saree Low Price Shopping App?

Smart Watch Shopping App is an application which provides an online marketplace where registered suppliers can offer products to registered users including resellers. The platform is operated by Good Day Inc.

The Company only facilitates technology, payment collection, fulfilment, order management and associated services. Services are available only through the Application.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

These terms apply to all users including browsers, suppliers, resellers, merchants and contributors. The agreement becomes effective when the application is accessed or downloaded.

1.3 Modification of Terms

The Company may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

1.4 Disagreement with Terms

If the user does not agree to these terms, they must refrain from using the Platform.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION, SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

2.1 Account Requirement

Users must register to access services. Accounts are non-transferable and strictly for business or personal use.

2.2 Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding contract under Indian law.

2.3 User Responsibility

  • Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
  • Take responsibility for all activities under the account
  • Notify the Company of unauthorized access
  • Log out after each session

3. PLACING ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Orders placed through the application are confirmed by suppliers. Prices and availability may change. Supplier confirmation is final.

The Company may charge service fees which are displayed at the time of purchase.

6. PRODUCT INFORMATION & DISCLAIMER

Product information is provided by suppliers. The Company does not guarantee accuracy, quality or reliability of listed products.

7. LISTING & SELLING

Suppliers must comply with all applicable Indian laws including Legal Metrology Act, Food Safety laws, Drugs & Cosmetics Act and other relevant regulations.

8. USER INFORMATION & THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Company may use third-party tools and links. The Company is not responsible for third-party content or services.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, logos and content belong to the Company or respective owners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
